"I have been with this same location for years and I do t have any claims, no accidents no tickets i a clean driving. I called because I have been charged every month different amounts, Lila anyone will do to figure why, so o called 3 times since the beginning of this year the 1st lady that answered the phone I would say around February or March she was nice told me she qi look at it and call me back, never got a call waited 2 to 3 months, when I called the 2nd time the lady was extremely rude and keep saying I have not idea I’m not financial, I’m not in accounting etc so she also said I will call you back or have someone call you back, they’re received the call. Today I called back October 17, 2024, The lady answer the phone and she was not nice put me on hold for a long time until the called dropped or someone hang up. I called back another lady answered and she said she will transfer me to the same lady I was talking to, I was on hold again then I could hear someone picked up the phone did not say anything put me on hold again and they saw the lady answered already with a not friendly turn off voice. I explain why I was calling then she started to give me answers that did not make any sense and she started to get extremely rude that I had to ask her why she was so rude that I was just calling to figured the different charges in my account I’m sure she will do the same call to figure in understand the charges. I tried to explain myself and she would not allow me to talk till I said can I talk then she kept going and going so she stop and said to explain myself anyway she was the rudest customer service I ever encounter and I am not sure why she’s in this field if she’s not happy assisting long-term customers if it’s her job. Like everyone knows a business with that customers it will not exist unfortunately I’m sure the owner is not aware of how he’s employees are doing their ”job” I’m so disappointed being a long-term customer without any claims gets treated disrespectfully like if I was calling asking for a charity. After 8 plus years with several cars with them I’m going to look for another insurance, is not acceptable to be treated that way when I am paying for a service."

"I have been a policy holder for 8 + years. Customer service used to be very good but not anymore. I had a glass claim and received a very confusing letter along with a check. Upon calling the office they say they cant help and I have to call the claims department. A week later, after multiple wrong transfers and left on hold for 45 minutes and then being hung up on twice, I called the office and asked for help. Their answer, call claims and keep trying. I spend a lot of money to ensure my cars and would expect some support and help from the office. Not even an offer to call someone, anyone, to see if they can get me help. Moved my policy this morning. They dont seem to care."

"I NEVER contacted State Farm for a quote one of their Reps Jason Inscore cold called me said he was calling to give me a quote on renewal. I don't have insurance with State Farm! He gave me a quote which was higher than I'm paying now! I said im good I will renew with Progressive. He emailed me a week later with another quote! I said no thank you I just renewed with Progressive thank you have a nice day. Today 5 days later I received a letter with the quote written all over the OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE!! That is a breech of privacy and PREDATORY BEHAVIOR! Jason Inscore is very unprofessional and predatory. I called and spoke with a supervisor she apologized and said they got my info from some lead company. I told her he wrote the quote in the outside of the envelope! This is incredibly unprofessional and predatory behavior! I told her take me off the list never contact me again. This is some really insane pressure sales. Horrible"
"Hi, I have been out of the office recovering from surgery. We had received your information via a lead company. I see Jason spoke with you on the phone & you had informed the premium was too high. The quote had already been sent out in the mail & was unable to get it before the mail man picked it up. The email sent was automatic, but we have since removed you from any future contact lists. Jason may be persistent but certainly not predatory. "

"Warm and fuzzy when you first arrive. Oh, How important you are. Then they drop all that, forget who you are, it's only about the money, the quote they gave you to start is switched and it's the "underwriters" who changed that. No drop in visitors allowed. Make an appointment and wait a week to see anyone. That's if they don't forget. Dave? Who is he. He's never there."
"Steve, I think you have us confused with another agency. I cannot find you in our system. In addition, we have 100s of people that drop in every week, and NEVER require someone to make an appointment. I have never operated my business in this manner. We are always happy to have people come by and even offer our attached diner for free to people to have parties or meetings 7 days a week. We are extremely accommodating and always will be. "Check BBB for they terrible reviews of how they don't help when a claim happens!! Another update 2/28/23 - Jamie has advised they will NOT assist me with my claim "end of discussion". Words cannot express how unprofessional this agency is and the agency principle has been included on all emails; never once did he step in to assist. Clearly its just about the money and forget the client. If you have an issue like me w this agency, call statefarm and ask for escalations to report them! Update 2-27-23 --- Wendy R is no longer w the agency. Since then I cannot get help. Jamie, the office manager, has been terrible in assisting with a recent windshield claim, even advising to switch SF agencies since I'm unhappy. I'm unhappy because I ask for information or help and cannot get it from this agency. It's been 3 business days since I reached out to get my windshield repaired and Jamie let me know the claim was closed, however, on Friday she advised there wasn't a claim filed. Which is it? Can't be both ways. They're there to take money but when it comes to service, FORGET ABOUT IT! I've asked Jamie multiple times to let me know what I need to do to get my windshield replaced and absolutely NO HELP! Dave Cosper is in the loop and CC'd on every email but he won't reach out or assist either. 2019/2020 Wendy R is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I saved a ton on my auto AND home insurance! Not to mention she's always available to answer questions! If you need an insurance agent, she's your woman! Ps. She called me back once with an additional $150 savings for homeowners insurance. No coverage changes, just another carrier. She is the best!!! Thank you Wendy!! ❤"
"Amanda, we regret you not understanding your claim experience, a bit surprising since you are a licensed 220 P&C insurance agent in Fl. that sells auto insurance. As you know OEM windshields are never a guarantee especially on vehicles over five years old, your vehicle is eight years old. My office does not make claims decisions, State Farm corporate claims does. All my staff especially Jamie my office manager have documented everything regarding your claim. We have numerous emails and documented attempts to reach you by phone. I’ve tried to reach you myself on three occasions, but your VM box is still full as of today 3/8. You state that my office manager, Jamie, on Friday 2/24 stated to you she could not find a claim for you in our system, well that is true since you waited to file your claim on-line later that day at 6:10pm, all documented. We have since advised you your claim is complete and that you need to call K&K Glass to install your new windshield. To the rest of you reading this, State Farm Corporate and State Farm claims have reviewed all the facts and have concurred with emails and recorded phone calls my staff and I have done nothing wrong. We have asked Amanda in the past, and recently, to find another insurance agency to do business with. Her vulgarity and rudeness to my staff will no longer be tolerated.
